Condo in renovated Victorian House, in charming section of Boston close to a pond, Harvard Arboretum with beautiful biking and running trails. 5 minute walk to public transportation (bus and orange line) to downtown Boston 10 minutes, close to shopping, restaurants and stores. Great spacious house very charming and elegantly furnished with european furniture, full of light with many large windows.
House on three levels with parking and outdoor patio. Modern kitchen on second floor with view of trees, open kitchen and dining room area, living room with gas fireplace, adjecent library and study rooms, bathroom on second floor, large Master bedroom on third floor with sky lights, new bathroom and dressing area. Central air conditioned, PC, Internet, DSL. Great spacious house

Quartier

Jamaica Plain is part of Boston and a very mixed neighbourhood with people from different ethnic backgrounds. It has very beautiful houses and parks. We are at walking distance to lots of stores, restaurants and public transportation. 10 minutes by metro to Boston centre.

We are a professional semi-retired couple. I am from Florence, Italy and my husband is a semi retired lawyer from Boston. We love music, movies, reading and especially traveling. We have traveled extensively all over the world. We are flexible and love to be active. We both practice yoga.
