It comprises stay/dining room, an independent kitchen integrated, three rooms (2 rooms with bed into 160/200, 1 room with 2 beds into 90 with an excellent bed linen. All the bed linens are treated sanitized and systematically disinfected between each hiring), a wash-house, a WC, a bathroom. There's also a very large deprived terrace of partier covered with living room of teak garden and external sink giving directly on the garden and the swimming pool.
In full sun, an immense terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols border the swimming pool of 40 m2 with stroke with against current and shower of hot water. A large ground of balls is at your disposal and you can park yourselves inside the closed property of walls and a remote-controlled gate ensuring a perfect peace. Current furniture.

Quartier

On the southern slope of the holy Mont Saint Clair in Sète, within the superb framework, calm and protected from 'small Nice', two apartments very independent the ones of the others accomodate you in the comfort of a large villa giving on the sea and the hill.
The apartment 'the Mediterranean' only requires to open to you its doors for a stay of quality in a luxuriant garden.

À propos de nous

My husband is Doctor-Ingenior, I'm Ingenior and our daughter is student. Her english is better than mine but she needs to learn it by immersion. So we want to make an exchange for that. She would like to go to north america with 2 friends. They are very serious and they would like to study English in a High School there too.

Destination

The exchange must be non-simultaneous, because we rent this beautiful appartment on summer. But when you want from september 2008 to june 2009.
We search an appartment with 2 bedrooms, and as possible 3 beds. It may be in city-center because my daughter hasn't the drive licence, near underground or something.
We would like in USA near N-Y, or Boston...
