Modern house on large private gardens, with panoramic views of Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains. Four double ensuite bedrooms. Sittingroom has a large bay window, with plasma screen satelite TV. Music centre. Sunroom, dining room and well equipped kitchen.
One dog, Kerry Blue Terrier, who loves everyone, and 2 cats, Felix, who will not bother with anyone, just needs to be fed, and Miss Lily White, who will love to get some attention.
There are 2 acres of garedens with a mix of all sorts of plants shrubs and trees, and a bird table where you can watch the native birds as they feed.
There is oil fired central heating in the house.

Quartier

The house is located in a most scenic area, on the famous, "Ring of Kerry" route and overlooks Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains. It is a ten minute drive to Kenmare and 45 mins to Killarney.
The house is very private and the area is very secure and safe. It is very quiet and peaceful, and the only one you will be likely to see is our friendly post lady who will drop by with the post when she has any.
There are great places to go for walks close by and it is a short drive to Killarney National Park, which is stunning in every aspect.

I usually do bed and breakfast on a small scale, during the summer months in Ireland.
I have been to Cape Town many times during our winter time, I have been there about 6 times in the last 5 years. I would like to go again in November and think this house swap might be a good idea.
My biggest worry would be the house and animals while I would be away, I guess it is the same for all of us. I am willing and able to look after pets and am a very tidy person in the house.

Destination

If you would like to swap a holiday apartment suitable for 1 person, I would have a holiday cottage, suitable for 2 persons and we could swap at different times to suit both parties travel plans.
