The area is one of upscale residences with several high rise condominiums; no through traffic, easy access to all major highways; very safe, 300 mtrs from small shopping center;within walking distance to train stop; many trees; nice swimming pool shared by residents: the name of the building is Los Olmos Condominium; nice neighbors. Its a 7 min. drive from the beautiful beaches of the El Condado Area ( upscale hotel area ).

I'm a Lawyer who's specialty is Criminal Law; was a Judge for ten years ( 49 yrs. old ), and taught Law at InterAmerican University; now in private practice with my own law firm. Used to be LT.Coronel in the PR National Guard, whereI was in active duty for some time.I am the father of a 16 year old son and a 12 year old daughter. I was President of the Puerto Rico Bar Association several years ago, have travelled extensively. My hobby is History and making miniature lead soldiers; and have a dog, an American BullTerrier named
Julius Ceasar. I speak and read English and Spanish fluently, and some French and Portugese.

Destination

I'm open to all offers as long as they are reasonably comparable to my listing. The dates and length of stay are flexible to discussion. My choices would be: Spain; USA; South America; since I have exchanged before I will treat all exchanges with respect, and answer
