Maison

We offer a comfortable, clean, spacious three level family home with a deck (middle level) which provides fantatic views to the coastline and overlooks a fenced yard and garden with many shrubs and trees. On the top level we have three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with two single beds and a small bathroom. On the middle level there is a large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also the main bathroom with a shower and a spa bath, separate toilet and laundry room. We live ajacent to a park which has a large grassed area and swings.

Quartier

Our property is situated in a quiet hill suburb within 10 minutes drive from the city centre which has many very good cafes, bars and restaurants, theatres and shops. We are only 5 minutes away from two local beaches, parks and sporting facilities. Dunedin is fast becoming known as New Zealands wild life and heritage destination. We live on the door step of the Otago Peninsula which is the home to various species of wildlife including penguins, seals and marine birds including the Royal Northern Albatross. Dunedin is also home to New Zealands oldest univercity and is within a couple of hours drive of Central Otago and the famous tourist destination of Queenstown. You will find Fiordland National Park home to The Kepler and Milford Tracks within 3-4 hours drive.

Kia Ora, Greetings from Dunedin New Zealand. We (Judy, David, Joseph 12 yrs, Lauren 10yrs) are a family who love to travel. We last visited England/France 4 years ago and have spent several holidays in Australia. We are very excited at the prospect of exchanging homes with a couple/family in the Southern to middle part of England for the first time. We will be leaving New Zealand on September 15th 2008 and returning Decmber 3rd 2008 (stopover each way). We would like to exchange a home for at least 6 weeks between the dates above. We are a professional couple (self employed publisher/teacher). Our family loves the outdoors, sport, eating out at cafes and going to the theatre.

Destination

We are flexible on the dates - i.e. we are happy with up to 30 days of exchange between the dates that are listed. Our best option is to have all of the days between the dates listed.

If you need to arrive in NZ earlier or leave later than the dates listed that is ok as well - please let us know what you need
