This breathtaking 4 bedroom detached property is situated in a unique development comprising of only eight houses. The vibrant town of Kingscourt is under 50 miles from Dublin City Centre and could be described as the jewel of the north east. Perched high in the Drumlin landscape which stretches from Dundalk to Sligo, it surveys an area of utterly unique and outstanding natural beauty. Kingscourt retains the essence of rural life by way of a close knit community and is situated on the border of the three counties of Meath, Louth and Monaghan and for this reason it is spoilt for choice with regards to shops and entertainment. We are an Irish professional couple. I am a school teacher and my husband is a chemist. We have lived in the United States for many years but now we are living in my home town (I was born and raised here!) We have two children, a boy aged 2 and a boy aged 2 months! We like to travel. We like to socialise and entertain in our home. We like to read and our home is full of books!
