I am a Chinese citizen and currently working in Siemens AG in Munich, Germany. I am planning a trip to Paris with my wife and parents in mid September.

I am looking for an apartment in central Paris for a short-term exchange. I have two apartments for your choice: one in Munich, and the other one in Beijing.

Apartment in Munich:
-- located in the Bogenhausen area (2nd ring of Munich), a very quiet and nice community with a large park.

-- very convenient transportation: 2-minute walk to the subway station and five stops away from Marienzplatz, the heart of Munich city.

-- one big living room (25 sqm), one bed room (a double-person bed), one bathroom, one kitchen, and one balcony. About 60 square meters in total.

-- nicely decorated, with all daily necessities available, except set phone and internet. I did not arrange it because the German telecom service is very poor... I use my handy for phone calls and go to the nice internet coffee shop nearby. My mountain bike is free to use. It is great to bicycle along the Isar river :-)


Apartment in Beijing:
-- located in the Wangjing area, 4th ring of Beijing, a high-end community with many foreign residents.

-- about 15-minute drive to the Olympic stadiums (taxi fee less than 3 euros), and 30-minute drive to Forbidden City (taxi fee about 5 euros).

-- one big living room (30 sqms), one bed room (a double-person bed), one bathroom and one kitchen. About 70 square meters in total.

-- nicely decorated, with all daily necessities available, even a running machine for fitness :-) Two city bicycles are free to use.

Destination

Any time between Sep. 5th to 30th would be fine with me. We can settle the detailed time later.

Paris is my first priority, while I am also open to other nice cities in Europe.
