this 10 acre piece of tropical rainforest in nestled perfectly into the hill side providing shelter from the afternoon sun but al the time only 15 mins form soem of the worlds best beaches. Friendly neighbors are on hand to help you settle in and a large 4 wheel drive ensures your comfort. Byron is great all year round with winter temps in the mid 20's during the day and fewer crowds. of coem for cristmas / new year / easter and experience the throb of byron with the retreat to the hills to calm the day.

As the owner i have run a successful global business and traelled the world extensively . choosing to settle in this perfect corner of the world i am keen to share this proerty with like minded people. a keen surfer the house is jam packed with a choice of boards long and short , together with kayaks and mountain bikes this is an out door persons heavan. or come and kick back and enjoy the serenity of watching platapus in the mornings or if you are lucky the koalas. my partner is a professional yoga teacher and travels the world teaching . if you are lucky she may take you through a private practise.
