Country home with fireplace, spacious yard with fruit trees, it´s an exclusive residential area ,located in a hillside, six kilometers from the Historical center of Queretaro. The house has three bedrooms , three bathrooms, spacious family room, large kitcken, livingroom , diningroom.

The neighborhood is a Country residential area gated with security, the homes are custom built family homes and no businesses are allowed, the Colonia is situated in a bluff , 10 kilometers from the Downtomn.
It´s a country setting were bird watching can be enjoyed, fresh air, sixty one hundred meter high and you can see occasional foxes, possums, rabbits and racccoons. The ambient is one of complete tranquility, crickets and frogs will lull you to sleep and a diversity of singing birds will awake you in this worm year long climate. Night walks in the cobble stone strees in complete safety with the view of the city bellow and sky full of stars that you feel you can touch. Fogatas and barbecues are a tradition in this home. A maid is available upon request at a nominal fee.

Visits to the historical downtown declared by the United Nations National Patrimony to Humanity, museums , theatres, shopping malls, in the Downtown are 15 minutes away via an express way.

one hour to the north you´ll find San Miguel Allende and many arts and crafts in the little towns on the way, to the south in three hours bus ride you can reach Mexico City. Queretaro is in the Center of the Colonial Mexico and small arqueological sites can be visited in a days trip.

We are a family of three. Two retired adults from education and one college age daughter. We enjoy music, arqueology, a scientific interest and tecknology , fully bilingual ,spanish , english and some french.

We love to visit museums, and have an active interest in the arts.
We love to travel and enjoy visiting with friends and family.
