Comfortable family home with a large master bedroom, bath/jacuzzi and private sitting area with lots of closet space; one bedroom has its own bath, and the other 2 bedrooms share the hall bath. Well-appointed living room and dining-room. Family room is warm and cozy with a gas fireplace. Kitchen with eat-in counter. Finished basement with flat panel TV and other sitting and work-out areas. Landscaping is new, and large backyard opens to woods area within walking distance to a stream.

Quartier

Private, quiet suburban neighborhood; our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac street. Easy car ride to nearby towns, parks, colleges, shops and easy train ride to downtown Philadelphia.

À propos de nous

We have 2 children, 21 and 18, that are in college. We enjoy tennis and other sports and travel. We speak English only, although our 21 year old son is fluent in French.

Destination

Our 21 year old son has an internship with the US Embassy in Brussels, Belgium from 6/8 to 8/16/2008. We are looking for affordable housing for him, and are open to exchange offers and/or other creative ideas (such as you can be our guests in our house as an exchange).
