Welcome to our home sweet home, a 70 m2 duplex located just behind the Cours Mirabeau (the Aix's Champs Elysees!); try the colorated Provence's experience just down the building with the market on the tuesday, thursday and saturday mornings.
Our appartment isn't very big, but very lightened because with a south exposition. There is a small balcony with the typical view on the city.
All the facilities: air conditioning, brand new kitchen, internet connexion, washing-machine & dry-cleaner, 2 tv plasma.
2 bedrooms: 1 two-beds for parents & 1 very small for our 7 months-old baby. For our friends, we can open the sofa (a 2 persons bed) in the living-room. The building is an old typical building of Provence. The appartment is very quiet, you don't ear anything from the street or from the neibourghs.

Quartier

Just IN everything of the city! You just have to walk to have restaurants, shops, markets, bars...
Close to the so beautiful Sainte Victoire painted by the very famous Paul Cezanne.
Aix-en-Provence is the very good place to be: city, country, mountain, sea and beaches, everything is close! For example: Marseille = 15 minutes with the highway, Cassis & the Calanques = 25 minutes, Saint-Tropez = 45 minutes, Cannes = 1 hour & 15 minutes, Monaco / Italy = 2 hours. You can take the ferry from Marseille or Toulon (35 minutes) to Corsica or Sardegna. Other experience is the Camargue's one, Van Gogh's country at Arles (1 hour), and gitan's place at the Sainte-Maries-de-la-Mer. Or an historical and cultural day at Avignon (45 minutes), the choice is big in our beautiful Provence!

My name is Laetitia, I'm from Paris but we live with my husband Jean-Pierre and our baby Victoria in South of France. We love travel, meet people. Jean-Pierre had had a french restaurant for 8 years in Miami and we really loved this life. As far as I'm concerned, I also lived in Roma and Bergamo, closed to Milano. We are a little bit nostalgic of Miami, but we really love to visit South America, or any place close to the sea this summer! We are flexible for vacation because we have our company. We can travel in August or September. The next vacations are scheduled for january and february.
