Built in the 1920's this building has beautiful architecture and old world charm. Large grassy yard with outdoor seating and small patio to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Mini Cooper car and one bycycle available also.

Set in a great location, across the street from a nice sandy beach, apx. 1 mi. to Redondo Beach Pier in one direction and 1 mile to a quaint area with interesting shops and restaurants in the other direction. Only 30 minutes from LAX Airport, this area is convenient and offers the best of everything in Souhern California.

I work as a Divsion Chief for the Los Angles County Fire Department. I will be vacationing with my 22 year old son and my sister and her husband and 3 children ages 12, 14, and 5 months. We are quiet, clean, and responsible non-smokers.

Would prefer Central to Northern Italy with a swimming pool and/or lake nearby.
