The apartment is 55 sqm and located on the fifth floor of a traditional building dating from 1914. As we have recently purchased the apartment is it freshly painted, and in good condition.
There is a balcony facing west with a nice view of the city and evening sun, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fold-out couch, and a small bedroom.

Our apartment is small, cosy, and centrally located but there is some traffic in the area.

Quartier

Apartment located 2 km from central Copenhagen; that is Townhall Square (Rådhuspladsen).
The nearest subway station is 500 metres away, and two stops from all sights in the city, and six stops from the airport. The harbour swimming area (Islands Brygge Havnebad) is close by, and the new beach park is 3 km away.

À propos de nous

We are a married couple aged 25, and we enjoy travelling. We have no experience with home exchanges yet but we very much look forward trying out this way of travelling. We are both still studying; auditing and business administration, respectively. Additionally, we both have jobs that are related to our studies.

Destination

We have bought plane tickets to Japan from 10 August to 7 September, and we are hoping to find a good home-exchange opportunity anywhere in Japan for some or all of the period.
Copenhagen is an excellent base from which to explore Scandinavia or central Europe.
