New home in a beautiful subdivision with community pool. Away from traffic but close to beaches and malls. 25 minutes from Tampa airport, 20min to Hudson beach and 45min to Clearwater beach.30 min from Bush Garden and Adventure Island. Disney World is 1 hour and 30 min away. The home is tastefully decorated with big flat screen TV and high speed internet. TVs in the bedrooms also. Large master bath with tub and shower. Hardwood floors through out , stainless steel apliances. Home has a big tiled screenroom in the back surrounded by fruit trees. laundry room including washer and drier, 2 car garage with 2 cars available,2007 chevy HHR and a truck Ford 150.

Quartier

It is a hidden treasure. 2-3min driving from the main road through the woods to get to the subdivision. All new homes great neighbors, lots of young families. There is a bike trailer that runs by the neighborhood, It goes from Brooksville to Tampa.

We are a small family have one child. I am a realtor and my husband is a plumber. Very clean and never smoked. We would like to exchange with non smoking places. Our main language is English, but also we speak Albania and Greek. We love to travel especialy new places.

Destination

We want to visit California this time. Any city if it is not to far from the beaches.
