Beautiful, apartment on three floors completely refurbished this year ,2 bedrrooms all on suite,tv lounge ,full fitted kitchen large living come dining room,2 terrazas with nice view,entire building has air conditioning,private parking ,lovely gardens.The golf course is very private ,has security on single entrance,this is a very safe area.the apartment is only 15 minutes to the beaches.there isa vast amount of good restaurants and entertainment close by also lots of good shopping.15 minutes takes you to the centre of Merida with all the historic sights.1 1/2 hours takes you to Chichenitza the new wonder of the world ,also close by is Dzidilchantun ,there is many historical sites and cenote all closeby,Yucatan is very rich with the Mayan culture

In la Ceiba all the people are very friendly and you will make friends for life,5minutes walk takes you to the club house with tennis,swimming ,gym,golf,restaurant.bar ,if you like walking or cycling it has it all.There is an abundance of wildlife the bird song will be your early morning call.La Ceiba is wildlife fiendly with little street lighting to protect the animals also you can see the sky very clearly.this is a friendly safe neighbourhood

We are a retired couple ,we like to travel and enjoy the life everyday my name is Victor (60)I am from England and my wife Lourdes (57) is Mexican,we love the sports. golf ,tennis,swimming,entertaining.We have 3 grown up sons who are married and live in different parts
