Freeway close to everything from downtown LA the the Hollywood Bowl, this cozy home is nestled on a quiet cul du sac with friendly neighbors. Visit the Huntington Gardens, Norton Simon Museum, or Santa Anita Racetrack in minutes by bike, bus or car. Great shopping and hiking. The Gold Line metro stop is about a mile away and links to all LA metro lines, plus the national railroad. Burbank/Pasadena/Glendale airport is about 30 minutes away. One bedroom has a pillow-topped queen-sized bed, the other a pull out sofa bed. New appliances, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outdoors you'll find a furnished living room, gas grill and blooming garden.
