on the corner, laundry drop off service on the block. Very safe neighborhood, easy late night access. Great for running in the park along the Hudson River, bike rental 2 blocks away--bike along the river! 2 Express subway stops to Penn Station, 1 Express Stop to Times Square and Theatre District. Coffee Shops for great American breakfasts and dinners just across the street within 2 blocks.

I share my apartment with my 12-year-old son who goes to the neighborhood public middle school. I work in real estate management. We ride bikes and scooters everywhere or take the subway and buses. We love films, classical and jazz and my son is crazy about folk and country music. Having grown up in the suburbs I appreciate our central location.
