Maison

The house is located in a terrace of 11 house in a small village ( 3000 habitants) near to Toulouse . Access to town center is 30min.

floor area of 180m2 , garden 1500m2 •circular swimming pool 40m2 (heated) from may to end september with alarm. car optional • No smoking • internet (highspeed).

The house includes 4 bedrooms / 1 bathroom, living room , kitchen on the ground floor. The dining room is in the veranda. There is a Pond of enjoyment in front of the veranda.

There is a girl bedroom, a boy bedroom, a bedroom with 2 persons bed, and parents bedroom.


Telephone, Stereo / hifi, Central heating, TV / satellite, Sofa, Fireplace, aquarium, cat and dog (optional),study with 1 desktop ( one in the office/ one for children), one Nintendo Playstation 2.

There is also a piano and Basket of basketball(sneaker)

Garage, Parking, Garden, Barbecue, Bicycles.

In the garden, you will find a lot of trees, small trees and flowers ( depending on the season).

As service, you can benefit from housework ( twice a week).

Quartier

The neighbourhood is very quiet. The house is next to a forest. You can visit Gers country for gastronomy. You can go to mediteranea sea ( by motorway = 1h45) or ocean side (by motorway = 2h15), mountains (Pyrenees= 1h30). You can also visit a city like Carcassonne ( with the famous castle).
You have got bakers, newspaper, post office and chemist in the village.
There is a small market ( only for vegetable and meat/ fish) one day a week.
You have got the supermaket in the next village ( 4 km) and you can buy some vegetables, fruits and meat ( like chicken) in a bio farm ( 3 km).

Our family lives in the same village and if you need anything they could help but they don't speak a word of english.

You can go and visit Toulouse which is a nice city. You can also travel to Pyrenees ( also Spain fronteer). You can drive to ocean (3hours) or mediterreanean sea ( 2hours). The medieval castle of Carcassone is not so far ( 1 hour)


À propos de nous

We are a four person family. The father is 49 , the mother is 42, the son is 15 and the daughter 11.

Father is a multimedia manager and mother, information system security expert.

Children are students.

We like gardenning, and DIY, sports ( like biking, walking, skiing.... ) , and are homeproude.

Destination

We to go to Ireland specificly to Dublin because we want to visit our oldest son working there.

We would like to go during french scool holidays. November 2008 or april 2009 or july 2009.

It is possible to come in our house in august 2008 or others holidays when we are not there, just ask us or make a proposal.

We are limited by school holidays. So we would like to go to Dublin one week between 25/10/08 and 06/11/2008 or between 4/04/2009 and 20/04/2009 or in july 2009.

Thanks to make proposals.
