Maison

Come visit Washington, D.C. and stay in a brand-new luxery condo directly across the street from the metro (subway). Take the metro for a 10 minute ride to all the nation's monuments, the White House and downtown D.C. Or drive our car parked in our secured parking garage.

You can also take the metro 2 stops (3 min) to Old Town where you will find high-end boutique shopping, antiques, restaurants, bars, lounges and the Old Town waterfront where you can rent bikes and ride a path along the river to histroical Mt. Vernon or take a boat tour around the monuments to Georgetown.

Our condo building was built in 2007 and features a cafe with free coffee, a party room with a large flat screen TV, bar and pool table, a fitness center and a rooftop pool with bar and grill area.

Our one bedroom condo is very moderly furnished (including our beloved Temperpedic bed - you won't want to get out). We also have a flat screen TV, Bose sound system, laundry and stainless steel appliances.

Quartier

Old Town, Alexandria is 8 miles outside DC proper but is considered part of the DC area. The metro across the street from our condo will take you directly to all the monuments, buildings, museums, restaurants and bars our nation's capital has to offer.

In Old Town, you will find high-end boutique shopping, antiques, restaurants, bars, lounges and the Old Town waterfront where you can rent bikes and ride a path along the river to histroical Mt. Vernon or take a boat tour around the monuments to Georgetown. On a nice weekend day, Old Town is bustling with shoppers, bike riders, dog walkers and bar hoppers.
