Two story house with 4 bedrooms upstairs. Main bedroom with en suite. Computer room is the 5th bedroom. Office downstairs & 3rd shower & toilette off the laundry. Lounge, family room & eat in kitchen with sliding doors out to deck overlooking the pool. BBQ near side of the deck. We are at the bottom of a Cul De Sac.

Very tranquil neighborhood with natural bushland close for walks .Large garden surrounding the saltwater pool. Gazebo to entertain in if it rains. Loads of towels for the pool & garden furniture
Corner shop & several take away food outlets & restaurants close.

We are close to several shopping centre's & a private bus to the closest train station to go to the city. Beautiful drives to beaches & down the south coast.

My husband & I are both in out 60ties. We have 2 daughters in their 20ties. One living in London & the other sharing a unit she is buying.

I am Sth African by birth from Newlands Avenue where I was born & grew up. I went to Springfield convent. My husband is from New Zealand. He has his own business doing commercial & industrial metal deck roofing.
I do all the bookwork now & other than look after the house & our 2 dogs, cat & several birds any spare time I have I walk, go to the gym, read & spend hours on the computer chatting to friends & family especially at night with the time difference between CT & Sydney

Destination

We have booked departing Sydney 18/12/08 arriving Cape Town 19/12/08. Our dates are not flexible but we could possibly stay in a Hotel for a couple of days if needed in Cape Town
