Come and enjoy our home with 180 degree views of beaches lake and woodlands all accessible by foot from our home We are 30 minutes from the city of Sydney where you can see ur famous sights. there are many cultural attactions and you can discover our unique native animals -all close to Sydney.
We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms modern kitchen with all appliances HUGE living room and balcony (with seating and BBQ )both facing the sunny north and the view. There is a smaller living area and laundry as well. No pets and a Peugeot car or your use.

Quartier

We live in the most pretty part of Sydney -the northern beaches. There are at least 15 beaches with in 10kms of our home and numerous beautiful walks resturants cafes and sprting activities in the area as well.
The Golf courses are 1st class with million dollar views as well as Fishing and sailing -all local. Close by there are small shops for food within walking distance and large malls and markets within 2 to 6 kms.
Our community is like a village, our home is away from the main road but has good public transport if necessary and our neighbours are helpful if needed.

À propos de nous

We are a young retired couple late 50s who would love to go to Europe to experience and discover other places. We need to come between April and September in 2009 for about 2 to 4 weeks in each place and are trying to arrange 3to4 individual swaps .
Our home is available from May 2008 to 2010 and you can stay for a longer period of time ( e.g.6 weeks)if it fits our other home swaps.
Please note we can not speak or read any other languages than English so we need to communicate in English. Sorry. Thank you for your consideration and we hpoe we can arrange n exchange John and Maree
