NOTRE MAISON DE 140 M2 EST RÉCENTE, CONSTRUITE SUR UN TERRAIN DE 4 ARES ET TRÈS BIEN ÉQUIPÉE. ELLE EST SITUÉE DANS UN VILLAGE CALME, A 12 KM DE STRASBOURG, RELIÉ PAR LE TRAIN ET LES BUS DE VILLE. IL Y A 3 CHAMBRES ( 1 LIT DOUBLE ET 2 LITS SIMPLES) À L'ÉTAGE ET UNE AU SOUS-SOL (LIT DOUBLE) AVEC UNE SALLE DE BAINS À CHACUN DE CES DEUX NIVEAUX. IL Y A AUSSI UNE SALLE DE JEUX AU SOUS-SOL, ORDINATEURS AVEC CONNEXION INTERNET, 2 TV( CABLE ET BOUQUET CANAL+), UNE TERRASSE AVEC MEUBLES DE JARDIN. AU REZ DE CHAUSSÉE, LA CUISINE ÉQUIPÉE EST OUVERTE SUR LA SALLE À MANGER ET LE SALON.
VOUS POURREZ AISÉMENT VISITER DE TRÈS BEAUX COINS DE NOTRE RÉGION (STRASBOURG, RANDONNÉE DANS LES VOSGES, DÉCOUVERTE DU VIGNOBLE, DU PATRIMOINE ALSACIEN) ET ALLER TOUT AUSSI FACILEMENT EN ALLEMAGNE ( FRONTIÈRE À 10 KM, EUROPA PARK À 40 KM).

Our house is localised in a very quiet village at 12 km of Strasbourg where you can go by bike, by train our by bus if you want. It was built in 1995, you will find all you need inside: 4 rooms (1 is in the underground with bathroom) ; a bathroom at the 1st floor with WC separed; the kitchen is very well amenaged and it is open on the dining room, the desk and the louge.
There is also a play room in the underground. We have computers with internet, 2 TV with all canal+ and cable. If you come at home, you'll easylly visit very nice places in Alsace (towns or mountains) but also Germany (border at 10km, Europa Park 40km).

QUARTIER CALME, À PROXIMITÉ DES TRANSPORTS EN COMMUN, DE LA VILLE ET DE LA MONTAGNE. PETIT COMMERCE AU VILLAGE, HYPERMARCHÉ À 3 KM.NOUS AVONS 4 VÉLOS À DISPOSITION DANS LE GARAGE.

Quiet place, near all public transportations, near city and mountains, small shops in village, hypermarket 3km. We leave 4 bikes for you in the garage.

NOUS SOMMES 5 DANS LA FAMILLE: MON MARI, FRANCIS EST TECHNICIEN CHEZ XEROX, JE SUIS PROFESSEURE DES ÉCOLES, ET NOS TROIS ENFANTS AGATHE 16 ANS, GRÉGOIRE, 14 ANS ET ADÈLE, 12 ANS AIMENT LE SPORT LES VOYAGES, LA LECTURE, LES JEUX VIDÉOS ET LES VACANCES ! NOS FILLES SERONT RAVIES SI VOUS POUVEZ VOUS OCCUPER DE CURLY (LAPIN NAIN) ET DE FRIPON (GERBILLE)
NOUS POUVONS COMMUNIQUER EN ANGLAIS SI NECESSAIRE.

Our family is like this: I am Bénédicte, 42 years old, teacher for young children, Francis is 43, Xerox technician, we have 3 children: Agathe, 16, Grégoire 14 and Adèle 12 years old. They both like sports, books, watching TV, traveling and play with us.Our daughters will be happy if you take care of Curly (rabbit) and Fripon (gerbille).
We can communicate in english if necessary.
