Maison

We have a 2 level modern 4 bedroom home. Our home can sleep seven . Our home has an office and internet is available. Upstairs is our childrens retreat with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small lounge which they have a tv, playstation & sky. If your wanting to bring kids we have 2 friendly cats, bikes, boogie boards, golf clubs, playstation, roller blades to make their holiday fun. We live in a very friendly street & back onto a reserve so have a very private backyard which is great when you want to unwind & enjoy the spa pool with a glass of wine. Behind our home are tennis courts and an public aquatic pool. We are a 5 mins to Fergusson Park and 10 mins to Mount Maunganui Beach where you can enjoy surfing, kite surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, walk around the Mount or sit at a cafe and people watch etc. We have a 7 seater vehicle that can also be used. Come & enjoy sunny Tauranga.

Quartier

Tauranga is a beautiful city that is central to Rotorua 45 min drive or Hamilton 1 hr drive. The fishing is excellent aswell as our gorgeous beaches and we have a couple of local vine yards with superior wine. Our street we live in is very friendly and if you ever needed anything whilst in our home we have neighbours that would be very willing to help you out.

We are a family of 5. We have a 10 yr old and 2 8 yr olds. My husband & I both work for ASB Bank as bank managers. We are very house proud. We are tidy, responsible and will care for your home like it is ours. We completed a house swap to Australia last year for 2 weeks with an australian family and everything went so smoothly we thought we'd give it another go.

Destination

We would luv to take our children to the islands to experience the diverse culture & food.
