Maison

We live in a large, modern flat (90 m2), Third level, elevator, clear, calm, comfortable, with a very nice frontview on a big garden (where children can play)
A full equipped kitchen (micro wave, oven, dish-waher, washing and drying machines, toaster, expresso cafe machine...), three bedrooms (one for parents (double bed, 1m60, vue on the garden), two for children (very calm, vue on another small garden, in each there is a mezzanine bed + one mattress, toys for girls and boys, dvd, play station...), two bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower), two toilets, and a comfortable and design living-room (wifi, flat screen, couches...), one carpark.


Quartier

Our flat is in the Center of Paris (17th district), in a lively and very typical district (many food stores, cafés, markets...),
It is 2 minutes walking from the subway : directline to the Champs-élysées (6 stations), Madeleine (4 stations) and Montparnasse (11 stations).
15 minutes walking from Montmartre.
Frontview on a garden where the children can play. there is no road between the flat and the garden.

À propos de nous

We are 4 in the family. The children are 6 (girl, Zoe) and 9 (boy, Clovis). The mother is journalist, working in a national cultural weekly (Telerama) the father works at Apple. We speak french and english.
We love the life in Paris, cinema, theater, culture, museums, or just walking in the streets. We love our disctric too, where we have many friends. But almost all, we love to travel, discover another cultures, food, old streets, and ways of living. Anywhere in the world...

Destination

l'échange peut se faire non simultanément, les dates sont flexibles, nous pouvons aussi être intéressés pour l'été, ou pour d'autres vacances !
