A 3-apartment beside the bustling and beautiful West End of Glasgow, and 10 minutes ride from the town centre.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, a livingroom and a dining kitchen. Broadband access and DVD. There is a shared courtyard garden with Southern aspect which is regularly used for dining and sunbathing.

Quartier

The apartment sits right beside Glasgow's West End and has great public transport. It is near Glasgow university, the Glasgow Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Byres Road - which has a large social scene, and plenty of local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. There are three large Glasgow parks within short walking distance: Kelvingrove Park, Victoria Park and the Botanic Gardens.

It is beside an underground station, train station and has a excellent bus service. It has a nearby leisure centre and swimming pool, and is only 10 minutes ride into Glasgow city centre with all its amenities and sights. This is a great base for exploring Glasgow. It is also less than an hours travel to places like Loch Lomond and the surrounding Scottish countryside.

Well, it is myself and my daughter who live in this apartment and would like to do a holiday house swap. I am a journalist and she has just started university. I can speak a little German.
