This is an executive style condominium, complete with jacuzzi, skylights, a loft and 17 ft. open beam ceilings. It includes over 150 cable channels, high speed wireless internet and five appliances, with dishwasher and w/d.
The home is furnished with modern deco, including a 50 inch plasma tv with surround sound and a feather bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.
The condo is centrally located right along the ocean, and only minutes away from Halifax's exciting nightlife. This area is renowned for its' lively bars and wonderful food.

Quartier

Halifax has so much to offer I don't even know where to start. This neighbourhood has everythng you could need. Walk out your back door and take a stroll beside the ocean, or drive ten minutes and head along the oceans' boardwalk. Stop for a beer in one of the many local pubs, or shop in some of the finest funky shops that Halifax has to offer. Top off the evening with a lobstr dinner or take a tour of the Guiness Beer Factory.

I am single female in my fourties and I live alone. I do have a cat that would need to be fed while I'm gone, but he's very friendly.
I don't drink at all, and I do smoke, however this condo doesn't allow smoking inside so I"m quite used to standing out on my balcony, and would be happy to smoke outside at your home as well.
I'm extremely tidy, very responsible, and would treat your home as I do my own.

Destination

I am most interested in exchanging homes in Europe and the UK. I have a Jeep TJ 4 wheel drive that I can also exchange for a vehicle in the hosting country
