Maison

Our home is a 200 m2 cottage-style house built in 1983 and surrounded by a 800 m2 lovely garden (with patio, fish ponds, trees). House features: on the garden-level: hall, fully equiped kitchen, Living-room, dining-room and 2 bed-rooms, bathroom and separate toilet; upstairs: 1 master bedroom, (with its own washroom), a full bathroom and separate toilet (plus 2 rooms which are not part of the exchange). The basement features a laundry-room and a bedroom with toilet/sink.

Quartier

Our house is situated in Croissy/Seine, the motto of which is: "the smallest, cutest and closest town to Paris/Arch of Triumph". Croissy is a residential town, situated 10 km straight West of Paris on a meander of the Seine river which was made famous by the 19th century impressionist painters. Major cattles are just a few minutes away:<Versailles, Saint-Germain, Rueil-Malmaison and Maisons-Laffite. Commuting to central Paris is easy with the "RER A" express train

À propos de nous

My wife and I are both pre-retired, from a carrer in the computer industry and from teaching, respectively. I am French and my wife American. Our 3 children are now adults and we are looking forward to this time in our life to discover new places. We²are particular interested in long term-exchanges in the US.

Destination

While we are flexible, we are primarily interested in exchanges around the January-March time frame, in California, Arizona or Florida
