Lovely home in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. 3 bed/2 bath, very nicely furnished. High wall surrounds property with beautiful entryway garden and fountain. Outdoor cooking area. San Miguel, a beautiful 15th Century Colonial city in the mountains of Mexico. Called the City of Eternal Spring, because the climate is warm in the day and cool at night year round. Lots of restaurants, art galleries, and theater. So much to do and see, or just sit in the garden and relax. Our house is just 5 minutes from the town center.

Quartier

Los Frailes is the area of San Miguel where our house is located, it is a quiet neighborhood with many parks. Close to everyday shopping but out of the noisy, fast pace of the down- town area of San Miguel.

We are two adults with no children or pets, who like to travel, enjoy good food and pleasant conversation.

Destination

We are opening to exchanges any where in the world. We love to travel however, because of a health problem, I cannot go to any place with a high elevation. It would be my husband and myself, and, Maybe, a nephew. We are in our 60's, very neat and clean and don't mind taking care of your plants or animals to a limited degree. My husband is a commercial realtor and I am an artist. The home we are swapping is a second home and the altitude has become too much for me, but San Miguel is such a beautiful place, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying it.
