Maison

Very nice and confortable one bedroom apartment, bright, sunny, clean.
The apartment is very sunny with windows everywhere, nicely decorated with light colours on the walls, modern and simple, fully equiped: TV, wireless internet

The living room contains 2 sofa beds and double french windows, the dining table can seat six.
A completely equiped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a toaster, microwave and oven, an electric kettle, a washing machine.
A bathroom with a shower.
It is situated at 2nd floor. It is ideal for a couple. This flat is ideally sleeps two people, with the possibility to fit two other persons.

The building is very secure with code access and a caretaker our neighbours are really nice.

You have 2 subway stations within a 2 minutes walk: Nation which is deserved by 4 lines metro and 1 line RER and Rue des Boulets (line 9)

Quartier

close to all Paris attractions, our home is in downtown Paris. On the East side, the flat is located in the 11th district, between Nation place and Bastille. It's near from one of the most dynamic and famous quarter of Paris : Chatelet.

To visit Paris the flat is well situated with many lines of metro and the RER: 10 minutes from Bastille, Chatelet. 20 minutes from Opera, 25 minutes from Champs-Elysées, 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris.

It is a very lively and pleasant area with traditionnal food stores, two food markets, and nice restaurants, . . .

À propos de nous

We are a young couple: Manu (29) works in a recruitment agency, and Olivia (29) works for a famous brand of wines and champagnes.
We like sport (ski, squash, rollerblade...), movies and music. We speak French and English.

Sorry we can’ t take care or accept pets because Manu has a strong allergy
