Maison

Old house in mallorquin town. We live in their 1st floor, there is only a home underneath us and the sky above (see picture). The flat is spacious and becomes lots of light. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, three small balconys and a terrace looking at the back of the house (and at the mountain).

Please have a look at the pictures, you can then have a sight at our daily life. We don't care much for "perfect homes" like in the magazines, but pretend to achieve a homely own place to stay. We love bright colours and plants, paintings and light. We also like to read and you would find many books in many languages (also for children).

Our place has a TV, DVD and satellite for german channels, internet DSL wireless, air conditioned, washing machine and microwave.



Quartier

The main advantage of living in a small town (about 2000 hab) is NOT living in a city. Having nice views over the green hills of Mallorca. A town-market in the Plaça every saturday and, climbing a bit over the hill, wonderful sights over the valley and over the town.

Next to the mallorquin mountains and very close to the main city in the island (15 mn. by car). Living in an island means, the beaches are all around... but also the mountains are a doorstep away in here!!

In the case you don't know the balearic islands, this is a very nice place to start.. This small town is not turistic at all, quite normal people live here!!

Enjoy the town square... wonderful place with children. Every visit was pleased about the place and the surroundings.

À propos de nous

My daughter and I, we live "alone" in company of a dog and a canarian-bird. She's 7, goes to school here in town. I am 38 and german teacher in a public school. I love learning languages and practicing them. Would love to visit Roma in July'08.
