Gràcia quarter: It´s centrally located in Barcelona, in a very lively neighbourhood. The metro and buses to get everywhere in the city are just 50 metres from the flat.
The nightlife is great and so are the cultural activities: several theatres and ov cinemas just round the corner. There are pleasant pedestrian areas with nice squares,fresh food market, terraces, ethnic and local restaurants, bars, shops and all sorts of amenities... Lots to do! And by the time we´ll be swapping, you can enjoy the famous "Festa Major de Gràcia". In this festival neighbours ornament the streets with recycled materials and there´s music and concerts round the clock. But don´t worry the music won´t disturb your sleep.

We are a couple in our forties.I am a language teacher and my husband is an architect. We both enjoy travelling very much: walking around in new places, trying different food and seeing how other people live. We are non smokers and are great house keepers! This would be our third exchange. We really like the idea of swapping and things have worked out fine so far.
