Maison

Our home is comfortable, airy and spacious. There are four bedrooms, two rooms with a single bed each (both open up to a double), one with a sofa that can become a double bed, and one very large parents suite with a double bed, sitting area and on- suite bathroom with a jaccuzi bathtub. The living room is spacious and faces the well kept garden. The kitchen is open planned modern and bright. The family can eat on the kitchen table or in the adjoining dining area. The garden is spacious with lots of fruit trees and a small fountain.There is a very large basement with full high speed internet access and equipped with office furniture.

Quartier

'Hadarim' is a new neighborhood populated with lots of young couples and wide green areas with many playgrounds. It is adjacent to the newly developed Kefar-Sava Park and Country Club (that has a large pool). There are various amenities in close walking distance including a modern and large shopping mall, supermarkets and coffee shops, restaurants etc. Tel Aviv and the beach are only 25 minutes drive away. There is also convenient public transportation.

We are a small family (2 parents + 2 well behaved children: 10 years old and 6 years old). My wife is a law professor and I own a hi-tech company.

Destination

We can be flexible as to the exact exchage dates but we are seeking an exchage primarily for August 2011. We are flexible with the destination- suprise us!
