Bus at door, 5 mins drive from city train. Main floor has master BR, large bath with jacuzzi and walk in shower, guest bathroom, laundry w/washer/dryer, kitchen, den, dining and living room. Dining and living separated by wood fireplace. Large deck with BBQ off kitchen. Cathedral ceilings, approx 25' at highest point, beautifully designed. Secure basement has large family room, 2nd bedroom, spare room, and 3rd bathroom. Two storage areas downstairs. A possible third bedroom off the family room downstairs. Has no door, was used previously as an excercise room, has tv cable hookups, but also has a sofa bed. Door could be installed if required. Double garage.

Quartier

Five mins drive from Glenmore reservoir to south, and Fish creek park to north, excellent walking and recreation areas. The estate often has deer and rabbits in season. Fall of 2007 saw a record of 7 deer in one herd walking around the estate. Green space behind the estate has a walking path that leads to a shopping mall, few mins walk. Estate is on major road, always well cleared in winter. Five mins drive to Macleod Trail, major artery north to the city, or Crowchild Trail to the city. Drive takes 15-20 mins depending on traffic. This is a very good area, very quiet, and the estate is well cared for.
