We are looking to exchange our very centrally located Parisian flat. We are minutes from lively outdoor cafes, traditional and trendy restaurants and bars, patisseries, and transportation.

At the end of the day, return home to our calm and quiet 70 square meter (approximately 700 sq ft) home. It is our primary residence and therefore is nicely appointed with all comforts and ammentities. We have a large living room with a flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need for making a large family style breakfast to a fondue dinner for two. Our master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with a window out on the courtyard. The guest room has a futon which sleeps two. There is also a lovely baby's room with crib and changeing table. The bathroom is appointed with double sinks, a bathtub/shower, and a full size washer and dryer

Quartier

We are walking distance from the Bastille, the Marais, and all major attractions near the Seine. We are located on two major metro lines (1 and 8) which will take you through the heart of Paris and onto the Louvre, Tour Eiffel, and the Tuilleries! Enjoy shopping at the beautiful French outdoor market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir on Thrusdays and Sundays. Pack your picnic basket and watch the sun set behind Notre Dame from the Ile Saint Louis or hop on the metro and sip champagne on the grassy Champ de Mars in front of the Eiffel Tower.
