Our 10 year old dormer home is family friendly, comfortable and has all mod cons. We live a mile from the village of Glanmire which is a busy village 10 miles from Cork.
The house is set on half an acre and has a nice big garden with a trampoline and swings and plenty of space for the kids to run around. There are 4 bedrooms - One is small but is usuable, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room, utility room, and play room. We have a big shed out the back for bikes, lawn mowers etc. We have oil central heating and all the usual appliances you'd expect in a modern home.

Quartier

Essentially we live in the country side but are just a short spin from shops, restaurants, cinema, schools etc.. We have lovely neighbours and a nice view of the fields and trees around. Cork city itself has loads to see and do. We are very well situated to explore all of southern Ireland and the coast is half an hour drive away.

We are a family of 5. John works in the pharmaceutical industry and Ann Marie is a civil servant. We have 3 children - Colm is 11, Aoife is 8 and Sean is 2. We want to experience life on another continent for a few years while we can and its for that reason we are looking for possible long term exchangers (2 years) on the coast of NSW, Australia.

Destination

John was planning on studying while away and our children will need to enrol in school so for this reason we'd like to exchange at the beginning of the acedemic year. We'd also like to be reasonably close to TAFE and schools.
