Maison

The house is two storied on the edge of a hill with the 2 bedrooms downstairs and open living space upstairs. Lots of sun. Recently redecorated with all modern appliances. Quiet cul-de-sac street with a park on the other side of the street including a playground.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is quiet with the house facing a park and a school nearby. So car sounds are at a minimum. There is a wonderful walkway (Wellington's eastern walkway) nearby and also a lovely beach a short walk away. It is close to the main airport but behind a hill so you rarely hear the planes. The area is well served with public transport. Local shops are a 10 minute walk away with one of the best cafe's in Wellington. The view looks towards Wellington city and surrounding hills, perfect for watching sunsets.

I am a journalist working for a Lausanne based sports organisation. I have a young baby and will be travelling with a nanny so that I can work. I am very organised and tidy. I love sport and travel and being outside. I speak English and a little bit of French.
