Quiet, private neighborhood adjacent to golf course and driving range. Large tennis club is short walk away. Short drive to major highways to whisk you away to LA (40 min), Hollywood (40 min), famous movie studios (50 min), Disneyland (15 min), famous San Diego wild life park where the animals move freely through the area (45 min), San Diego (60 min), Mexico (90 min), Arizona, the Mountains (2-3 hours), or ocean beaches (10 min) for surfing, snorkeling, swimming or sunning. Only two miles to John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 45 miles to Los Angeles airport (LAX). Two miles to University of California at Irvine, Five miles to exclusive shopping at famous South Coast Plaza Fashion Center Mall.

Steve and I (Pam) have lived here 16 months. Steve is a trucking journalist and travels the world to report on heavy trucks and engines. I am a freelance journalist in the construction field. We both work out of our home. Currently my son (23) is living with us and attending California State University at Fullerton; however, he leaves for Colorado in mid-May where he is a white-water rafting guide on the Arkansas river (Canon City). He does not return to school until late August.

Destination

Looking for a place to stay in the Corbieres for a week as we look for a place to purchase. We prefer a village, not a major city. Need 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 adults. Prefer no-smoking inside. Pleased to care for pets and/or gardens during our stay.
