This family home, while possibly not the most luxurious, is situated in a beautiful, tranquil area in Port Elizabeth, with lovely views over the valley. Yet you are only a short distance from the beach, and minutes away from shops, cinemas, reataurants and other entertainments. It is like living in the country, but in the city! The house has four bedrooms (main en-suite), three bathrooms, three lounges and a well appointed kitchen. Large screen TV with Mnet, and TV's thoughout the house. Dishwasher, scullery, laundry with washing machine. The main lounge looks out onto a beautiful brand new swimming pool in a large garden with plenty of space and a spectacular view over the valley. No garage, but a single carport and parking for two more cars is available. We are a family of two adults and two teenage children, so the house is well suited to families.

Quartier

We are situated in a very quiet suburb, lots of trees, situated on the edge of a valley. Lovely for walks, and safe for children. All shops and amenities are within walking distance, or a minutes drive. A large mall and other shopping and entertainment are with a five minute drive.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We are both professionals, and our one son is at university, and the other in high school.

Destination

We are keen to exchange with other families in South Africa, for varying lengths of time during school holidays. We would, however, consider overseas exchange at certain times - to be discussed.
