Second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Open plan living area, kitchen, dining room and lounge. All modern electric kitchen appliances. Living area opens into conservatory on one side and outdoor decking on another. Laundry contains washing machine,dryer,iron and freezer. Out door furniture and b.b.q.

Pirongia Village is small and friendly, with a primary school, 2 cafes, pub, bowling green, tennis courts, horse trecks, bush walks all available.Golf course is only 2 kms away. It is on a main highway and only 35 km from Hamilton city, and 10 km from Te Awamutu which is a popular country town with all amenities, including indoor swimming pool, library,movie theatre and beautiful rose gardens at their best during October and November.
Waitomo Glowworm Caves are 40kms south of here and Rotorua is 130 kms.
Auckland City is 150 kms.

À propos de nous

John and Ngaire are retired dairy farmers. We have four adult children and 10 grandchildren.John has his own small business land scaping, which keeps him busy and very active. I keep busy in our own garden and with family, and with a net-work marketing business. Our son and daughter in law who are living in Godaling,Surrey,have twin boys who we have not seen yet ,and this is the main reason we are looking to do a house exchange. We plan to be there to celebrate the boys 2nd birthday.

Destination

We have family in Godalming, Surrey, and wish to find an exchange within close proximity,
Guildford or Farnham. We have already booked our flights so dates are non flexible........
