Maison

Our home is a beautiful 2 story home in the inner city suburb of South Yarra. Lounge, formal dining room, ultra modern kitchen, family room with TV at the end of the kitchen, laundry. Upstairs is a spacious main bedroom (queen size bed, ensuite in marble and granite) . Second bedroom has a queen size bed and is next to the second marble bathroom.
We have a garden, outdoor entertaining/BBQ area and no pets. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning systems. Each room is flooded with light. We are non-smokers, very particular about our house and will take full care of yours. If you are interested we'll email photos to you.

South Yarra is a wonderful area, 1 km walk along the river or through the Royal Botanic Gardens to the centre of Melbourne.
Melbourne is a cultural, sports, shopping, recreation and gastronomic mecca most within easy walking distance of our home. Walk 1min to the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Walk and ride bikes on the special tracks or go canoeing or rowing on the river. The closest swimming beaches are only a few minutes by car or public transport. We live a few minutes walk from many of Melbourne’s best restaurants, Art Galleries, trendy nightclubs and shops in Chapel St and Toorak Rd, South Yarra; theatres including the Concert Hall, National Art Gallery, museums, Federation Square, Aquarium and Casino, and from numerous sporting venues. Championship and community access golf courses abound within easy access where playing fees are very inexpensive.
Within 1 hrs drive see - Sovereign Hill/Ballarat Goldfields - Kangaroos, koalas and platypus etc in their natural habitat, or - visit Yarra Valley vineyards. Or after 1.5hrs drive - enjoy our world famous beaches along the Great Ocean Rd or surf at Bell’s Beach - explore Phillip Island 500cc Grand Prix Racetrack and see the Penguin Parade.
