This is an elegant DC apartment, with all the amenities including complete w/d, dishwasher, cable/internet, large flat screen tv, gorgeous Brazilian cherry floors, central heat and air. One large bedroom, but a media room can also be used as a bedroom, and there is a fold out queen couch in the front room. The apt includes a gym caliber treadmill if you need more exercise.

Quartier

My apartment is located right on Connecticut Ave, one of the main thoroughfares in DC, in the Woodley Park neighborhood. A short few blocks in either direction takes you to the great restaurants in the adjoining neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. The National Zoo is a mere 2 blocks away, the DC Metro red line is a block away, and Rock Creek Park runs adjacent to Connecticut Ave.

The DC museums and memorials are 2 miles away at the end of Connecticut Ave.
