Maison

We have a studio at the Hacienda Del Mar (5 star Sheraton) property! The studio sleeps 4 but only has privacy for 2 people. (King size bed and pull out sofa out queen sofa) It is very upscale! There is cable TV, a partial kitchen, which includes a microwave and refrigerator and coffee pot. There are many pools and you have a beautiful private beach at your feet. There is childcare for kids 4 and up, all day.

Quartier

This resort is located on the corridor highway between Cabo and San Jose. (along with many other resorts ) We take the bus to Cabo and they also have a shuttle that goes back and forth. We love the beach, it is warm and swimmable. It is private so there aren't they normal people trying to sell things! There are several good restaurants on the property as well. We do rent a car when we are in Cabo because we always explore other small cities around the area.
We also have a lovely home in Fresno we would be willing to exchange if you are interested!

I am Hilary, a teacher at a gifted and talented elementary school in Fresno Ca. My husband, Randy remodels kitchens and baths for a living. We have 2 children, one 6, Conor who loves the beach and travelling. Our second Mailee, has entered college this year. We love to travel and love beach towns the best. Although, we are open to ideas!
We have exchanged before in Seattle and had the best time!

Destination

If you had a vacation rental, this could be a non-simultaneous exchange (therefore, we could travel through July 31, 2008) although our resort dates are fairly solid! My husband can generally only leave for 7-8 days, but sometimes my son and I stay longer.
We are looking for Florida gulf coast, but are interested in anything....tempt us!
