Our 60sqm apt is bright, clean and comfortable.

It has one closed bedroom, closed kitchen, one small bathroom and good size living and dining room.

Centrally located in downtown Montreal, within walking distance to museums, restaurants, shopping, entertainment , universities and off course public transportation : bus and metro/subway.

Located in 6th of 12 floor -apt building with elevators.
One queen bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Hardwood Floors.
Living room is air conditioned and equipped with TV, DVD/Video, CD/Radio player and telephone (local only).
Kitchen is pretty gear up with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher machine as well as complete set of dinnerware for four.
Laundry and dryer machine in the same floor.
Indoor swimming pool, sauna and exercise tools available for free in the building.
24h guard and security camera.

Quartier

My neighborhood is desirable area in Montreal, its very central, quiet and very safe.
Its known as an upscale "Golden Square Mile" neighborhood .

Location is walking distance to most Montreal's festivals. Short walk to public transportation.

We are new to house swap, so we dont have any reference yet but dont let this scare you away. We are married couple who loves travelling and curious about food.

She is Indonesian and he is Canadian, we speak english sometime french but often something else in between :)

We like our house to be bright, neat and clean for sure we'll treat your house with respect and same treatment as ours.
