Including 4 bedrooms (Master bedroom with queen size bed and direct access to toilet and bathroom) and two other bedrooms. Enough space for 5 people.


The large kitchen is well equipped due to my hobby “La french cuisine” with designer elements and habitual commodities such as vapour oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator….Not to forget the balcony, Piano and bibliotheque..

Situé en plein centre ville près de la Savignyplatz et du Zoo, à côté d`une petite place charmante avec une église en brique et un marché tous les ercredis et samedis..
Rénovée en 2007, avec prestations de grande qualités, il dispose d’ une grande pièce à vivre (40M²), 4 grandes chambres de 25-40M², une grande salle de bain, 1wc.
Très bien desservi par les transport en commun.

Il dispose de tout le confort, machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, sèche linge, wifi une large cuisine de 40m² très bien équipée (Four pro avec de la vapeur, table de cuisson au gaz, frigo, congélateur, microonde, chaufage à gaz, wifi, ... )

Mitten in Charlottenburg, unweit der Fußgängerzone, nicht weit vom Ku'damm, neben dem Savigny Platz gelegener Altbau, frisch rennoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet..
Am Wochenende am Kirchplatz um die Ecke ein kleiner Markt, U-Bahn nebenan, alles was man braucht :-) Bitte auch gerne deutsche Städte im Austausch.

LOCATION:
In the very Center of Berlin.. Charlottenburg and its famous Savigny Platz is one of the best areas. We live directly in here, near by a little church place with a weekly food market and a large playground, But everything is under a half mile walk away: the main shopping streets such as the Ku`damm, the KaDeWe and the Castle Charlottenburg, the Opera House but also Tiergarten (Knut and its zoo)..

TRANSPORTATION: Bus and subway to all areas just in two minute walk- 5 Minutes by bus to ZOO Station and 12 min to NEW Central Station

DINING: One of the best places to go out to gourmet restaurants is from 2 to 7 minutes walk from here….

Welcome!
We are a multilingual couple “something around 30”, working for an European Institution. Therefore, we are in every-day-contact with people from other countries.
We speak fluently English, German and French but we are able to understand also other languages such as Spain and Italian.

We love to travel...
In our appartement, we dispose of French, Englisch and German books.
But you might prefere cooking in our “nearly professional” cuisine, listening to our Jazz collection or playing yourself on the piano.

If Berlin is our primary home, we propose also our vacancy house in Bavaraia in winter. In the “tiny swiss” you will find not only a SKI RESORT but also the traditional SPA RESORT.

Nous sommes un couple multilingue, travaillant pour une institution européenne nous sommes en contact permanent avec des gens de diffèrentes nationalités. Nous parlons anglais, allemand et francais (et un peu d’ espagnol et d’ italien)

Als mehrsprachiges Paar « so um die 30 » leben und arbeiten wir gerne in Berlin bei einer europäischen Institution. Deswegen haben wir täglich Kontakt mit Menschen unterschiedlichster Nationen und vielleicht reisen wir auch deswegen so gerne...!

Falls Berlin nicht überzeugend sein sollte, bieten wir auch noch unser hübsches Ferienhaus in Bayern an. In diesem Thermaldorf gibt es neben den üblichen Annehmlichkeiten eines Kurorts auch die Möglichkeit, SKI zu fahren – oder über die Grenze zu gehen und Prag und tschechische
