Maison

Our house is a beautiful, modern and typical scandinavian wooden house built in 1995. It has two floors with two large bathrooms, one with a shower and a wc and the other with a large corner bath tub and a wc. Downstairs is the entrance, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, tv room and living room with a door out to the terrace facing south. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a door out to a roof terrace facing west. The master bedroom has a 180 cm bed, one bedroom has a 150 cm bed and two bedrooms have 120 cm beds (suitable for two children). The roof terrace, which is 3 times bigger than on the pictures, has a beautiful ocean and mountain view. Both terraces have bbq. During mid summer (mid May to mid July) one can enjoy the midnight sun (if there weather is fine, of course). There is a small garden on all sides of the house, and also a cute playhouse. The tv room has cable tv, dvd and PS2.

Quartier

Our house is on the south west part of the island with lots of sun and air. It is a very safe and cosy area where everyone knows eachother. The area mostly consists of rather large houses with relatively large gardens, and mostly families live in the area. Tromsoe is on an island, and it is a 10 minute's drive from the airport, a 5 minute's drive (or 25 minutes to walk) from the city centre and about the same to the city beach. From the house one can see the sea and large, partly snowy mountains and really a beautiful scenery.

À propos de nous

We are a social and active familiy of four. We both work within marketing and communication, and we have two daughters that are 6 and 9 years old. Most of the neighbours are our closest friends, and we would not dream of living anywhere else. Our daughters are interested in football, swimming, Barbie and music, and we all like to spend time with our friends. The children's rooms and the playhouse in the garden have plenty of toys (mostly for girls...).
