Maison

My appartment is situated in a recently renovated canal house on the second floor.
The building has an elevator. The neighbourhood is where all the tourist attraction is with nice restaurants located in 19th century houses.

The interior of my house is modern and practical. It is 80m2 with high ceilings and 3 large windows. In the living room there is a large television, dvd, good sound system and an extra selection of tv channels with history, culture, science and travel.

In my bedroom is a large comfortable bed of 180x210 with a small tv.



Quartier

My house is situated at the most expensive part of the canals (golden bend). The houses are build mostly in 17th to 18th century. The neighbourhood is safe and mostly full with tourists.

All you want to have to go out is close to walking maximum 10 minutes; terasses on the canals, bars, clubs, restaurants. The main shopping street of amsterdam is 5 minutes walk.
The public transport to all the tourist destinations stop 100m from my house. The flowermarket is 1 minute walk. Supermarket opposite of the street.

A perfect spot for a tourist, in the old center close to all the tourist attractions and in the middle of the nightlife.

i am middle aged single man and work in a bank. Normally i go on holiday with one of my friends. I speak english, french, german and dutch.

Destination


I can choose my holiday time when i want so i am up to your suggestions.

I am especially interested in:

1. big nice cities with old center and interesting architecture
2. nature with mountains mostly in warmer weather.
3. untouristic places in arab, eastern europe, african and south american regions
4. brazil

Preference with possibility to travel with cheaper or charter flights

I already visited london, paris, madrid, barcelona, berlin, lisbon, milan, athens, prague, copenhagen.
