Our home is set in a beautiful garden situated in the best residental area of Port Elizabeth.The house consists of 3 bedrooms the main en suite with aircon.Both bathrooms are complete with showers.The study is a good size and is often used as a family room because of the 42ins sat tv (70 plus channels) computer ,hi fi system and air con.The lounge(52 sq m) has a lovely view over the city.The dinning room is a good size and the table can seat ten.My wife has her own study with sat tv and dvd player.There is an enclosed entertainment area leading off the study with a pool table and built in BBQ this area measures roughly 60 sq meters.The garden is under automatic spray irrigation.The garden is maintained by a garden service and elderly gardner who comes once a week,there is also a char who also comes once a week.PS there is a large swimming pool

We are 65 years old and go to gym at least 5 times a week. Our garden has several satelite dishes as Vernon enjoys finding obscure satelites, he is also an avid reader and enjoys his selection of good music.We have a large family and are very gratefull to have 12 lovely grand children who keep us busy. My name is Annamarie and I am Gran, Mom and often Grans Taxi.I love painting,sowing ,reading and gardening.We are non smokers but enjoy a Scotch or glass of wine at sunset.
