NOTE: only a couple or a single person will be comfortable in this small 1-bedroom apartment. Use our basic, clean pied-a-terre any time for up to one week. Two-room 2nd floor walk-up in low-rise building a half-block South of Houston. Amazing location near transit/shops/restaurants/nightlife. Just named best neighborhood in all of Manhattan based on nightlife, restaurants, safety, transit, etc. See this website for details on neighborhood: http://www.theludlownyc.com/ We DO NOT live in the building on the website but it is just a few feet up the block from our apartment and has lots of info on the area's exciting offerings.

* Central, sunny apartment near transit, museums, galleries, theater, restaurants, nightlife.

* Unit is in back of building so is very quiet despite amazing culture steps away.

* Housekeeper cleans weekly but is available more often if desired.

* Authentic pre-war building. Apartment has real old New York character/details but is not renovated.

* New double (full) Memory Foam mattress platform bed.

* Wi-fi, printer, office area.

* Sleeping loft and futon can sleep 2nd or possibly 3rd person.
