Magical home overlooking a parkland lake and ocean beyond. This two story semi detached home has direct access to the park and lake, just a short stroll (150m) across the park to the beautiful child safe beach with the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

Down stairs there is a separate laundry, kitchen, eating area, family area and formal dinning area, all rooms bar the laundry have great views across the lake to the ocean.
There are also two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one single and one double plus a bathroom with shower, vanity and separate bath the toilet is separate.
There is a computer/office area leading to a double garage with a control door.

Up-stairs there is a sitting room with beautiful full width veranda and the master bedroom. A large bedroom with a king size bed, walk in robe and on suite bathroom.

The 2 main bedrooms and all the living areas including the kitchen are reverse cycle air-conditioned.

From the dinning area tri slide doors open up to a large partially covered outdoor entertaining area. This area is partially paved with the remained timber decked. There is a table and six chairs plus two lazy boys so entertaining is a breeze with the large gas barbeque and an outdoor gas heater, plus outdoor sink with hot & cold water.

This area has a frameless glass fences with a child proof gate separating it from the park, lake and ocean.

The property has a gated double width drive leading the to garage. This area has small lawns on either side with some 30 roses on the left, all the gardens and potted plants are watered automatically from our own bore and there is a monitored security system so you and lock & leave the property.

Quartier

There are beautiful walk paths along the water front for several kilometers. Two jetties where you can fish.
With an easy ten minute walk there are a number of great restaurants, most looking out over the ocean

Rockingham has plenty of shop to meet all your needs. It is services with electric trains to the city of Perth (32 mins) and a bus service to the historic port city of Fremantle (40mins)

2 hours south is the famous South West wine region of WA, with a least 100 wineries, most open to the public for tasting and sales, many have restaurants.

Diane & I are both in our early sixties, we are both retired. Diane is heavily into craft, I am a bit of a golf freak, I play 3 times a week.
We love touring by car and visiting country towns and of course the wineries. We both like to visit antique & collectables shops.
Most mornings we take our dog for a 45 minute walk along the beach front, which is great summer or winter.
