Maison

The flat has been refurnished in 2010. Thus, everything is new.
It is a well-designed 50m2 flat. There is a bedroom, a living-room and a bathroom. Everything is modern. With 2 couches, the flat could easily sleep 4 people.

Quartier

100m away from Belleville metro station. Centrally located. Lots of buses and bycicles stations around as well.

The flat is located in a very lively area, in the middle of what French call the Parisian East Village. The building is situated in a very calm street.

The neighborhood is full of restaurant, bars, art galleries ... It is a perfect start for beginning your Parisian tour. Situated right next to the "Rue du Faubourg du Temple" which features lots of clubs and bars all the way down to République.

A 10 mn subway ride to the very center of Paris, or a 15mn walk to "Le Père Lachaise", "République" and "Oberkampf"

Very lively but very safe neighboorhood.

I am Vincent a 30 years old born and raised Parisian.

I currently work within the strategy department of a major pharmaceutical company.

I know the city really well and am able to guide you in lots of ways regarding restaurants, bars, places you definitely need to go to, etc.

My place is always nicely taken care of and I would for sure do the same with yours.
I have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to take care of the flat.

Destination

I am currently looking for :

--> A flat anywhere in Europe for a short city break.

--> A house or a flat anywhere for about 2 weeks in between February and the end of May.

--> A house for Summer 12.
I'd like to find a place near the beach or anywhere in a big city as long as it's downtown.

I always answer to the inquiries I receive so feel free to contact me. I am pretty much open to anything actually.

I speak French, English, and Spanish.
