Maison

The flat has been refurnished last August. Thus, everything is new.
It is a well-designed 40m2 flat. There is a bedroom, a living-room and a bathroom. Everything is modern. With our 2 couches, the flat could easily sleep 4 people.

Quartier

100m away from Palais de l'Elysée (the French President's Palace). Centrally located. Nearest subway stations "Champs Elysées - Clémenceau" and "Miromesnil". Lots of buses and bycicles stations around as well.

The flat is located in a very luxurious area, in the middle of what French call the "Triangle d'or" (Golden Triangle). The building is situated right behind "Le Bristol", one of the most famous Parisian Palace (great hotel bar and a 3 stars Michelin Restaurant).

The neighborhood is full of art galleries and antiques shops. It is a perfect start for beginning your Parisian tour. Situated right next to the "Rue du Faubourg St Honoré" which features all the most trendy designers shops you could imagine.

5 mn walk to "Champs Elysées", "Le Grand Palais" and "Le Petit Palais", 10 mn walk to "Les Invalides". As our place is very close from Champs Elysées it is therefore very close from lots of restaurants, theaters, discos ... As the saying goes : Anything can be found on Champs Elysées.

Very quiet and very safe neighboorhood. As it is so close from Palais de L'Elysée, there is always some policemen around.

We are Kamila and Vincent, a young couple in our late 20's.

We already swapped our place several times and are making 1sthomeexchange homepage !!!

Kamila is working in the advertising business.
Vincent is working for a big pharmaceutical company.

We've been living in Paris for many years and know the city really well. We'll be able to guide you in a lot of ways regarding restaurants, bars, places you definitely need to go to, etc.

Our place is always nicely taken care of and we would for sure do the same with yours.

Destination

We're currently looking for a house for Summer 09.

We'd like to find a place near the beach or with a private pool, but are also interested in big cities as long as it's downtown.

We always answer to the inquiries we receive so feel free to contact us. We're pretty much open to anything actually.

We speak French, English, Polish and Spanish.
